Choose your electric charging pricing:

• Retail pricing - you pay the rate and connection fee as advertised at each charging location.

• National pricing – you pay an agreed flat-rate across our network.

If you card(s) is being used for traditional fuel:

• You pay pump prices across the Allstar fuel network with access to all major oil brands and low-cost supermarket fuel sites.

• Save up to 10p per on every litre of diesel at over 1,600 sites*.

All fuel and electric vehicle charging transactions are listed on a single HMRC-compliant invoice.

Payments will be taken from Direct Debit with up to 3 week’s interest free credit*.

With Allstar Online, account management tool, you’ll see everything – dates, times, location, volume of fuel, kWh cost and value of each transaction grouped by card number or vehicle registration.

Other reports are available on request.

Chargepass cards can be assigned to a specific driver, vehicle, or both for added control. Each card features secure chip technology for fuel transactions and RFID capability for public EV charging, helping to protect against fraud and misuse.

If any unusual activity is identified, cards can be quickly blocked via your Allstar Online account or by contacting Customer Services on 0370 419 5165.

Chargepass combined fuel and public charging card gives drivers access to one of the largest and fastest public charging networks in the UK, ideal for those without off-street parking or who need to charge on the go.
